The three main treatments I offer are Remedial Massage, Pregnancy Massage & Relaxation Massage. Though there are many variations within these categories. For example, during a pregnancy massage you can chose to have a remedial or a relaxation treatment. Also, during a remedial treatment you can specify that you would like sports massage. Or a mix of remedial and relaxation massage which I call therapeutic massage and is my current speciality. 



Remedial Massage is an umbrella term that encompasses many different massage techniques and styles that help alleviate pain, injuries, tension, headaches and more. Some of the techniques you may recognise are •deep tissue •trigger point •myofascial release •lymphatic drainage etc. 

Pregnancy ​


Pregnancy massage can be performed safely from the first trimester through to the third. However only remedial massage is advised in the second and third trimesters. 

Pregnancy massage is great to help alleviate aches and pains associated with the changes during pregnancy. It is also fantastic to help the mother to relax. 



Relaxation massage is typically a full body massage that is lighter in pressure, to soothe your body and mind. With calming music, candles and a relaxing vibe it’s the perfect way to chill out. 

It is also a boost to your immune system which is a rea bonus at this time.
